How I Work

My method blends foundational training, tailored nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and optional functional lab testing to create a comprehensive health plan that’s built around your goals and your body.

This full-spectrum approach includes exercise, diet, sleep optimization, stress management, and root-cause health analysis for lasting, meaningful results.

Functional Lab Testing (Optional but Recommended)

To better understand what might be holding you back, I often recommend functional lab testing. These tests are not required—but they provide powerful insights and data we can use to customize your plan. These labs can reveal underlying issues such as:

  • Toxicity levels (e.g., heavy metals, mold)
  • Hormonal imbalances and adrenal dysfunction
  • Digestive overgrowths (bacteria, yeast, parasites)
  • Systemic inflammation and immune responses
  • Nutrient deficiencies and absorption issues

Getting to the root cause—rather than masking symptoms—is a big part of what sets my coaching apart.

Accountability Program

This is where most of the real work happens—and why my clients get results. The Accountability Program is included with 1-on-1 training or available as a standalone service. Clients log their daily habits, nutrition, workouts, biometrics, emotions, questions, and anything else they want me to see. Each night, they send a PDF of the day’s log. Then once a week, I review everything and send back a personalized video analysis, walking through your progress, patterns, and next steps.

It’s like a health journal—but one that actually keeps you accountable and supported every step of the way.

Training Setup

I primarily train clients outdoors using a barbell, bumper plates, and a squat rack—simple and effective tools that build real strength. No fancy machines or gimmicks—just proven methods, adapted to fit your environment and goals. But I’m flexible. I also offer remote training via FaceTime or Zoom, and can travel to home gyms or other locations if requested (with additional travel costs covered).
