hip thrusts… It’s a great day to work out those glutes! Focus on coming up as high as you and and squeezing you butt as tight as possible at the hold. Hold for a couple seconds and then come back down. This is a good accessory workout for the deadlift or just a good addition to add if you want to put some extra focus on building your butt muscles. Causes nobody wants a flat butt!!!⠀
