Never give up! Focus on your form and technique first. After that, all you can do is push/pull and keep pushing/pulling. If the weight is still moving (or just stalled and not going the opposite direction), you MUST keep pushing. Think 10 seconds. Give your body time to fully activate all the muscle fibers needed to move the weight. Again… never give up! You got this!! :)⠀
