Welcome! Here’s What to Know for Your Upcoming Assessment
Thanks again for scheduling your assessment session. To make sure everything runs smoothly, please read the following and come prepared. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.
- Complete the Required Release Forms:
These must be completed before we begin training. Ideally, email them to me a few days beforehand so I can review them in advance.

If you’re having trouble filling them out, try using PDF Expert on Mac/iOS. Or just bring a completed hard copy to your session. - Bring a Journal:
A small notebook (like this one) or your phone for note-taking. You’ll use this to log workouts, progress, nutrition, and more. Please bring it to every session. - Bring Water:
Stay hydrated throughout the session. - Wear Flat-Soled Shoes:
Soft soles (like running shoes) can be unstable for certain movements. Converse/Chuck Taylors or similar shoes work great (example).

Free parking is available in the lot on the north side of the street. Below are photos showing the entrance to the lot and where I’ll be set up:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session. I’d rather you reschedule early and adjust later than cancel last-minute.
