- Below are the required release forms that must be completed before we begin training. If possible, please email them to me a few days before our initial assessment so I can review them in advance. If you have trouble filling them out electronically, you can use the PDF Expert app for iOS/Mac. Alternatively, bring a completed physical copy to our session, and we’ll go through them together.

- Bring a notebook (e.g., https://amzn.to/2Vnu39m) and a pen, or use your phone for digital note-taking. This will be your dedicated health and workout journal, which you should have with you for every workout. Use it to log your workouts, track progress, note challenges, record thoughts, and document any injuries or ailments.
- Bring water
- Wear “flat, solid-sole” shoes over soft-sole/running shoes.

Park in the parking lot on the north side of the street. The photos below show a red pin labeling where the parking lot entrance is and a red pin where I’ll be setup.


IMPORTANT
If you ever need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session (scheduling conflict, starting to feel ill, etc), please let me know “at least” 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session so that you do not get charged for the allotted time. I’d rather you cancel days in advance (and reschedule the day of) than to cancel late and get charged for it.
