Neither of us had any athletic background, and both of us have totally different body types, yet he was able to train us at the same time with the perfect approach for each of us! We’ve never gone to the gym and wanted something we can do together, so training with Eric was the perfect answer. Eric personalized a weekly diet plan for each of us, which was easy to follow and enjoy. If you like an outdoor setting for your workout, Eric’s free weight setup is in a park with many trees and lush vegetation. Unfortunately we had to stop due to moving and other life events, but I would definitely recommend him as your trainer, even for couples.”
