What are your coaching rates?

Rates vary depending on the level of support and service. After your free consultation, I’ll recommend a plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle. This is premium, personalized coaching designed for real, lasting results.

Where are you located?

I’m based in North Hollywood, California. Most in-person training sessions happen outdoors using a barbell and squat rack, but I also work with clients at home gyms or select local gyms (travel costs may apply).

Do you offer remote coaching?

Yes. I work with clients across the country via FaceTime or Zoom, using customized programs and weekly accountability check-ins. You’ll get the same high-level support—no matter your location.

What are your hours?

I’m available Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Pacific Time). Limited weekend availability may be arranged for certain services.

Can I call or text you?

To stay focused and organized, I handle all initial inquiries by email. Once you’re a client, I’ll provide my direct contact info for seamless communication and support.

What’s the best way to get started?

Start by booking your free consultation. Once I get a sense of your goals and background, I’ll walk you through the best path forward. If you’re coming from Yelp or another platform, please be sure to include your full name and availability.
