Hello friends. I decided to start a fitness challenge with all of my clients today and thought I would pass the challenge on to you as well. I’m challenging you to achieve a 5 minute plank. Both feet and arms stay on the ground and you maintain the same (straight as a board) position throughout the time. If you can’t for for 5 minutes without dropping, the challenge is to do a plank everyday and to beat your previous day’s time; and by the time I see you (or in two weeks time), to be able to successfully achieve it.
